Intially , Unemployment is said to exist when people are willing to work at the going wages but cannot find jobs .

There are two types of UNEMPLOYMENT :

  • Seasonal Employment
  • Disguised Employment

Seasonal Employment :

  1. Seasonal Employment is observed when people are not able to find jobs during some months of the year .
  2. Mostly Agriculture sector is the best example of this .

Disguised Unemployment :

  1. In case of Disguised Unemployment people appeare to be employed but actually are not .
  2. For example , A work requires 5 people but 8 people work in that then the three people extra are disguised unemployment as though if we take off the extra there will no decline in the work .
