Answer:

digestion begins from the mouth.. salivary glands which ARe present in mouth produces salivary amalyase which break down the large particle into smaller particles. then it is transported to stomach through oesophagus in peristatic movement I. e... contractions and relaxations..... in stomach .gastric juice is secreted by gastric glands which contain acid.,pepsin and mucus. acid makes the medium acidic and kills the bacteria present in food. mucus protects the inner lining of stomach from acidic medium. pepsin helps to digest protiens..the food enters in small intesrine in which liver produces bile juice which break down the large globules into smaller globules... pancreas produces pancreatic juice which contain enzymes like trypsin and lipase.. which helps to digest proteins .and emulsified fats. the complete digestion takes place in small intestine. the inner lining of small intestine is villi... villi transports the absorbed food to every cell and un absorbed food is transported to large intestine where water is reabsorbed .the rest food is removed from body through anus....
