Heya

Here is your answer

_______________

It means both the parties i.e. the buyer and the seller have to agree to sell and buy each  other's commodities.

E.g.: Suppose there is a shoe manufacturer who wants to exchange shoes for wheat. He would  have to look for a wheat growing farmer who not only wants to sell wheat but also wants to  buy shoes in exchange. That is, both the parties have to agree to sell and buy each other's  commodities.
