The economic outcome of democracy are as follows:

  • The problem of poverty can be eradicated in democracies by the government through various programs and policies. This is only possible in a democracy and not in any nondemocratic government.
  • The economic growth and development are slow in a democracy which does not mean that this is the worst form of government as democracy has its positive aspects.
  • Democracy is capable of solving economic disparities rather than economic growth and development this is because a democratic country distributes wealth among all citizens for a better life.
