When one crop is grown and the important nutrients from the soil are taken, when second crop will be grown that crop wouldn't be able to take sufficient nutrition from the soil.

Explanation:
Crop rotation have many agronomic, economic and environmental benefits when compared to monoculture cropping.
We do this because the soil found in farms not only contains one set of nutrients.
But when a crop is grown, almost all the important nutrients from the soil are sucked. When the second crop is being grown there, that crop wouldn’t be able to take sufficient nutrition from the soil.
It is the cause of soil pollution. And by this pollution, plants and small microbes gets affected. The soil quality is destroyed by this pollution. By the time of harvesting in the field, we won’t get good quality crops.
