Hey Neeraj...

ANSWER:-

Egestion is the process of excretion of undigested food material. In amoeba, this process is carried out by rupturing the cell membrane to remove the undigested food material from its body.

Answer:

Amoeba has no anus, So egestion may occur at any point on the Body Surface. After absorption, food vacuole has only undigested food and is heavier then cytoplasm.

During amoeboid locomotion, it lags behind and finally comes in contact with plasma membrane which bursts momentarily to egest it. The Plasma membere immediately regenerates itself.
