Explanation:to over come the barriers of environmental factor like noise,mosquitoes , too hot or too cold and so forth,the communicator should ensure that the message is delivered in a distraction-free environment . to adress these isssues,the communicator may need to stop,get some remedial mesure done eg.get the temperature of ac adjusted and then repeat the message in a distraction free environment.
