eg either a son of leader or a poor person do a crime both will get equal punishment and no corruption will be there

In the preamble of indian constitution equality before law means all are equal before it . There is no discrimination of caste ,creed ,language,colour and religion.Everyone who are above 18 years have the right to vote whether he or she is poor or rich ,educated or eneducated.People have equal oppertunities on the basis of employment
