Answer:

Excretion is a process in which metabolic waste is eliminated from an organism. In vertebrates this is primarily carried out by the lungs, kidneys, and skin. The excretory organs remove these wastes. This process of removal of metabolic waste from the body is known as excretion.

Answer:

•In human beings, excretion is performed by the excretory system consisting of a pair of kidneys, a pair of ureters, a urinary bladder and urethra. The urine is formed in kidneys and passes on to the urinary bladder via the ureters. The urinary bladder stores the urine until it is excreted through the urethra.

•The important human excretory organs are- kidneys, ureter, urethra, urinary bladder, skin, liver, intestine and lungs.

•Excretion is the removal of substances from plants, animals and other living organisms. In humans, the skin, lungs and kidneys are excretory organs.

Hope this helps you
