the female reproductive part in plants is called carpel /pistil it contains of stigma,styleand ovaryand the female gamte is found in the ovule .while the male gamte are inside the pollen grains . when pollination i.e transfer of pollen grains to the stigma .the pollen grains develops a pollen tube which help the pollen grain reach the female gamate then it is fertilized which then grows into an embryo .the sepals petal fall of from the plant after fertilization .the ovule grows into a seed and the ovary ripens to form a fruit .
