Newton's first law of motion - sometimes referred to as the law of inertia. An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion with the same speed and in the same direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.

hi buddy,

First law of motion states that, 'An object will continue to stay at rest or in state of uniform motion until and unless an external force is applied on it'.

The property of staying at the state of rest or in uniform motion is known as 'Inertia'

Hope this helps ;-)

monanik05: Thanks to you also buddy. But there was only one option to choose from brainliest. Soo..
Golem9999: no problem ;-)
