some of the common fitness related injuries include -

  • muscle sprains and strains
  • inflammation and swelling of body parts
  • knee and shoulder injuries
  • dislocation of bones etc.

Treatments of these injuries depend on the depth of it, dislocation and severe injuries require proper rest, least or no movement in the areas injured.

Muscle strains and Sprains can be treated using various methods, by relaxing your muscles in various ways. there are medical aids available to treat all these injuries.

To Prevent these injuries one must work out with a super visor if they're not sure about how to do it correctly

A beginner in fitness should avoid the rigorous and extreme moments, gain the flexibility slowly, and increase the pace thereafter.
