Fleming's Right-hand Rule (for generators) shows the direction of induced current when a conductor attached to a circuit moves in a magnetic field. ... Fleming's left-hand rule for motors is one of a pair of visual mnemonics, the other being Fleming's right-hand rule (for generators). They were originated by John Ambrose Fleming, in the late 19th century, as a simple way of working out the direction of motion in an electric motor, or the direction of electric current in an electric generator.

In flemings right hand rule we have to consider 3 right hand fingers centre finger , forefinger , and thumb which will be perpendicular to each other . Now the centre finger tells us the direction of induced current and forefinger tells us the direction of field then, thumb points towards the direction of applied force.
