According to Fleming's left hand rule , " Stretch your thumb , forefinger and middle finger in such a way such that thumb will give us the direction of force , forefinger will give us the direction of magnetic field and middle finger will give us the direction of current ."

Stretch your thumb , middle finger and index finger of the right hand such that they are perpendicular to each other.

The index finger indicates the direction of magnetic field and the thumb shows the direction of motion of the conductor and the middle finger indicates the direction of the induced current.
