- Menstrual cycle is followed by follicular phase.
- The primary follicle in the ovary grows to become a fully mature graffian follicle and simultaneously. The endometrium of uterus regenerstes through prosiferation.
- Pituitary and ovarian hormones induces the changes, in ovary and uterus.
- LH and FSH level increases gradually.
- Growing follicles secretes estrogen.
- LH and FSH attain highest level during mid cycle (about 14th day).
