  • Menstrual cycle is followed by follicular phase.
  • The primary follicle in the ovary grows to become a fully mature graffian follicle and simultaneously. The endometrium of uterus regenerstes through prosiferation.
  • Pituitary and ovarian hormones induces the changes, in ovary and uterus.
  • LH and FSH level increases gradually.
  • Growing follicles secretes estrogen.
  • LH and FSH attain highest level during mid cycle (about 14th day).
