Lokshabha is not a permanent house because:

Loksabha is called the temporary house because the member of Lok sabha are directly elected by the people through the general election for a specific period of 5 years. But in between the prime Minister of India and council of minister loses the confidence of house then the Lok sabha gets dissolved before 5 years. It is not a permanent house and there may be by election of members if the Lok sabha is dissolved. Therefore the Lok sabha is called the temporary house the house depends upon the majority of council of Ministers and prime Minister.
