Explanation:

1) Symmetry- it is the repetition of the body parts in an animal or plants in orderly fashion on opposite sides of a dividing line.

Animal categoriesd on the basis of their symmetry.

1) Bilateral- body of an animal can be divided into two equal right and left halves by passing only one plane.

eg. Human

2) Radial- body of an organism can be divided into two equal halves by passing any plane through central axis.

eg. Hydra ( phylum- coelenterate )

3) Assymetrical- body of an organism cannot be divided into two equal halves by passing any plane.

eg. Sponges ( phylum- porifera )

A. Bilateral Symmetry:

  • Bilateral symmetry is a body system in which the body can be divided into mirror images according to the central axis.
  • In this article, you can learn more about symmetry, the benefits of bisexual symmetry and examples of marine animals that show the balance of two countries.

Radial symmetry:

  • Radial symmetry defines living and non-living forms, these forms can be equally divided into three or more parts which, when rotated in a rotation of more than less than 360 °, are exactly parallel to the oriental.
  • Radial symmetry does not deal with mirror images but is almost identical, for example five equal arms of a starfish orbiting its medium body and having the same size and shape.

Asymmetry:

  • Asymmetry is the lack of balance (the position of the variable object, as shown).
  • Symmetry is an essential element of both physical and virtual systems and may be expressed in terms of precision or additional aesthetic conditions.
  • Lack of expected or desirable ratings can have significant effects on the system.
