Force :- A force is a physical cause that changes or tends to change, the state of rest or of the motion, of an object.

Types of force:-

Contact and non-contact force

  • Contact force :- A force is applied on an object by another object, which is in direct contact with it, is called contact force.

  • Non- Contact force :- When a force is applied on an object by another object without coming in contact with each other, it is said to be a non-contact.
