There are many factors that cause hindrance on a local level or global level and at that time people or non governmental based organisations try to support these victims.
-In case of epidemics, or natural disasters, people are expected to come together and support the victims and prevent them from problems.
-Generally problems might occur due to absence of awareness among all people at all states, illiteracy among certain sections of people, unemployment or absence of an adequate government.
-For example, certain people or sections of society are looked down upon in terms of considering them as out castes and unprivileged sections of society.
-In such a case, the people or the representatives of Non governmental organisations should come up forward for support of common men by making them aware about the available situations.
-They should try and raise a part of fund from consumer based products that are used by people, like that of P & G.
-They should also make certain meal facilities available for people who suffer from malnutrition.
-They should also organize health camps and provide them with educational facilities and employment opportunities, to support these people.
