Answer:

1. The series of processes by which carbon compounds are interconverted in the environment, involving the incorporation of carbon dioxide into living tissue by photosynthesis and its return to the atmosphere through respiration, the decay of dead organisms, and the burning of fossil fuels.

2.The oxygen cycle is the biogeochemical transitions of oxygen atoms between different oxidation states in ions, oxides, and molecules through redox reactions within and between the spheres/reservoirs of the planet Earth.

3.The series of processes by which nitrogen and its compounds are interconverted in the environment and in living organisms, including nitrogen fixation and decomposition.

4. The water cycle, also known as the hydrologic cycle or the hydrological cycle, describes the continuous movement of water on, above and below the surface of the Earth.

Answer:

ABOUT DIFFERENT CYCLES

Explanation:

CARBON CYCLE

Carbon is the backbone of many organic substances like - carbohydrates, fat and protein

SOURCES OF CARBON-------------------

*AIR- in form of carbon dioxide

*WATER- in form of dissolved form or combine water to form carbonic acid

*FOSSIL FUEL- partial decomposed plants form coal . partial decomposed marine animals form petroleum

WATER CYCLE

approximately 70% water is present on the earth. water cycle exist in two forms in nature

GLOBAL WATER CYCLE

it is larger water cycle in which living organisms are not involved

BIOLOGICAL WATER CYCLE

it is smaller water cycle which involves living organisms

NITROGEN CYCLE

nitrogen present in atmosphere is converted into ammonia and ammonium ions with the help of some bacteria which are rizonium, blue green algae.this process is known as nitrogen fixation

OXYGEN CYCLE

oxygen is present in elemental form oxygen in the atmosphere it is approx 20.96 %

oxygen is produced in the process of photosynthesis

hope it helps you..........
