2. it sometime force us to take things that are not efficient to us that much than the one dat we have to the opposite party.
3. and sometime we give the other party a fixed capital in exchange of working capital
4. ex. if u sell cow to someone for four bags of wheat then the cow is beneficial fr the opposite party as it will be a fixed capital and the four wheat bags wld be working capital and not that much beneficial
