For over a month, everybody was shut down. Many of the South African are lonely, miss their everyday activities and irritated with spending all the time indoors. Feeling this way because it is in their nature to go out and socialize with other people is perfectly natural. However what they do not seem to know is that the lockout has a plus hand. The first and apparent explanation is that by defending themselves against coronavirus we manage to flatten the curve.

Explanation:

  1. Family Time: This is the perfect time to interact as a family with parents "working from home" and children not going to school. Parents begin to understand what their children learn in school, what their challenges are and in what way they could support them. Furthermore, families have more time to play traditional and fun games such as board games, prepare meals together, do arts and crafts &much more . This time together, is the best way to relieve oneself of all stress and enhance both physical and mental well-being and at the same time be safe inside the house away from the cornavirus infection.
  2. Getting Sufficient Sleep: They can sleep a little longer if we do not have to drive a long way to work or if we have the children ready on time for school. Even an additional hour of sleep will take 7 hours rather than 6 hours, creating a significant difference in our well-being. And in the evening, because people do not have to come home late, they can go to bed earlier & relax.
  3. Eating Healthy Home Cooked Food:In addition to being at home they have closed most of the restaurants and delivery services. Several of them  are also wary of consuming outside food, as they do not want to catch COVID-19. As a consequence, most of them consume homemade food. Home cooking typically uses smaller levels of oil, fresh ingredients & little or no processed food.
  4. Time To Workout: The extra time & anxiety about weight gain led several people to begin workouts at home. From yoga and meditation to fun Zumba & creative & fun dance classes, with their home exercises, people  become innovative. This is also good, as the whole family can come together and stay safe.
  5. Home Care: People now need to do their own housework with domestic support also wanting to remain safe in their house. For some factors, that's a positive thing. The job at home is one of the most "productive ways" of being occupied and not bored. When you clean your own house, you are emotionally investing in a much better work. You consider things you haven't done in a long time so you can mark them. And now you have a much cleaner living environment. Cleaning homes is a form of exercise such as sweeping, dusting, mopping, etc are ways to stay healthy and burn extra calories.
