Frankfurt parliament took place in st. paul church in Germany.it took place in 1848 .the liberal Germans tried to offer the king to start constitutional monarchy system.the king was Wilhelm IV .but he denied to the offer and thus their first attempt of starting constitutional monarchy system failed...
