Although Republic has been established in America, the message of equality and the people comment was made known to the world by the French Revolution.

The French society was divided into classes the first two classes that is the clergy and the nobility constituted 5% of the land of France they were the privileged classes and control all the high posts in the administration and in the Army they lived in a luxurious and paid no taxes while the remaining 95% of the population comprise the third class they paid taxes about 80% of the population of France where peasants. The great majority of the peasants where landless or had very little land. The burden of the taxation was too much for them they had no part with about 2 by 3 of their produce as Taxes.
In the cities the condition of the workers and auditions was equally bad the worked from Dawn to Dusk and also their wages were little and in comparison the taxes where high,
so the people wanted equal rights.
