This is related to the poem  "From Respect to me chopper"...

The poet is probably referring to her teeth.. She ate a lot of toffees and sweets. She did not brush her teeth properly and completely. So her teeth were not in good state after her youth. She regretted the condition of her teeth.

She is addressing her teeth - choppers.. with respect.
