Explain fully contribution by Mundell on International Trade.

hey mate....

The credit of developing the first theory of optimum currency goes to Mundell. Mundell in 1961 developed it as branch or an extension of the fixed versus flexible exchange rate. An Optimum currency area is an area within which exchange rates should be fixed.
