HERE IS YOUR ANSWER............

___________________________

__________FUSION___________
The fusion is the process by which the solid particles gets converted into liquid particles at the atmospheric pressure with the application of external heat,which helps to overcome the force of attraction between the particles and hence change into liquid.
EXAMPLE:ice===>water

_____VAPORISATION_____
The vaporisation is the process by which the liquid particles gets converted into gaseous particles which the application of heat and hence overcome the force of attraction between the particles and hence change into gas.
EXAMPLE:Water===>water vapour

_______CONDENSATION_______
It is the process by which the gaseous particles such as the water vapour gets converted into liquid state at the atmospheric pressure is called as condensation.
EXAMPLE:Water vapour===>>water

______SOLIDIFICATION_________
It is the process by which the particles in the liquid state gets converted into solid state at the atmospheric pressure is called solidification.
EXAMPLE:Water===>>ice

______SUBLIMATION__________
The sublimation is the process by which the solid gets directly converted into gaseous state without coverting into liquid state. In this process the gas can also directly change into solid state without changing into liquid.
EXAMPLE:solid CO2===>gaseous CO2
