Liberalism : It is a political and moral philosophy based on liberty and equality

'Liberal' shares a root with 'liberty' and can mean anything from "generous" to "loose" to "broad-minded." Politically, it means "“a person who believes that government should be active in supporting social and political change."

RADICAL: Is when  relating to or affecting the fundamental nature of something; far-reaching or thorough.

radical, comes from the Latin radix "root," and in fact, radical and root are synonymous as technical terms in fields such as math and linguistics. ... Similarly, a radical flaw or change is a fundamental one whereas a radical design or idea is very new and innovative.

conservatives:believe in personal responsibility, limited government, free markets, individual liberty, traditional American values and a strong national defense. Believe the role of government should be to provide people the freedom necessary to pursue their own goals.
