Well, the Gay Lussac's Law just says that

the pressure of the gas is directly proportional to the absolute temperature in the surroundings.

Because, the more the temperature more violent will be the movement and pressure is often calculated as the force per unit area on the surroundings walls of the container and so the faster the molecules come, more will be the pressure exerted.
