according to this when gases react with together, they always do so in volumes which bear a simple ratio to one another and to the volumes of the products, if these are also gases, provided all measurements of volumes are done under similar conditions of temperature and pressure

karthikps: Ook
Snehasweety: moles of solute and mass of solvent in kg
karthikps: Is it similar to molality??
Snehasweety: yes
karthikps: K thanks for clearing my doubts
Snehasweety: it is 1 mole of solute in 1000 g of solvent
Snehasweety: pleasure
Snehasweety: of mine

When gases react they do so in volumes which bears a simple whole number ratio to one another and to the volumes of the products, if gaseous, provided the temperature and pressure of the reacting gases and their products remain constant.
