it's is the second law of thermodynamics. that
delta S (delta S of system + delta S of surrounding) must be +ve for all the spontaneous process. it is denoted as G
and define as G=H–TS where
H is enthalpy
S is entropy
and G is a state function and depends only upon initial and final state of system
