yes , obviously health of the organism depends on the surrounding environmental conditions.Because if our surroundinga are clean it is good for our health.And our body is adjusted to some environmental conditions which are hygiene.so if you make clean your surroundings you will be healthy

Health depends on three major factor physical, social and mental. If the environmental condition is contaminated it adversely affect the physical health of the organism residing in the particular area. For example- if there is unhygienic conditions in surrounding area, it may pose a threat to the inhabitants of the particular area.
