Answer:-

Most bats live in dark caves and only fly out to feed at night. They manage to navigate in the dark, and to find night-flying insects to feed on, by using a sonar system. As a bat flies along, it sends out a series of high-pitched sound pulses. It uses its large ears to detect the echoes from these pulses as they bounce back off surrounding objects in its path.
