It will depend on the frame of references.

Suppose you are in a train and the train is moving but you are sitting still in the train. Your copassenger will see you still i.e. in rest but someone from the station or outside of the train will see you to move with the train.

So you are in rest as well as in motion in different frame of references.

Hey dear ‼‼

Here is your answer ⬇

▶A body can be simultaneously at rest and Motion ...this example is best suited for the answer of this question◀

❇The walls of a classroom are at rest with respect to the students and the teachers sitting in a classroom because the walls do not change their position with respect to the students and teacher present in the class.✔

❇The walls of a classroom are in motion as well because the walls are on the earth and our earth is in motion.✔
It's orbits around the sun and also spins about its axis.✔

❇ Similarly, if we are in bus(moving bus) then the walls of the classroom would appear to be in motion to us because the position of the walls are changing with respect to us sitting inside the bus.✔

✴Hope this helps you dear ✴
