explain how a body can be simultaneously at rest and motion

I think when we are walking on a walker. according to surroundings we are at rest because we are not moving to a new place and according to us we are in motion. sry if my answer is wrong.

A body will be at rest when their is no force is applied on it.Hense work is not done.

Also, A body will be at motion when their is Some quantity of force applied on it..
