A member of the legislature could find need to establish a law for a particular issue in the country and therefore come up with his proposal which is called a bill.
- The bill has to be placed before the legislature for consideration an on approval is passed.
- After passing the bill, ther legislature passes it on to the executive who may approve is enacted into law thus becoming an act.
