Quadrilateral because it has four sides.

parallelogram because opposite sides are parralel and equal.

Rhombus because all sides are equal and opposite sides are parallel.

Rectangle because opposite sides are equal and each angle = 90°

yes,
1) the square is a quadrilateral

as we all know that a quadrilateral is a simple closed figure which has 4 sides.

as the square has 4 sides, and is closed, it is a quadrilateral

2)the square is a parallelogram

the main property of parallelogram is that the opposite sides are equal and parallel

the sides of square and equal and they are parallel to each other.

so, we can say that square is a parallelogram.

3)square is a rhombus

the main property of rhombus is all sides are equal and diagonals bisect perpendicularly

the diagonals of a square too bisect perpendicularly and all sides are equal

4) a square is also a rectangle

because in a rectangle, opposite sides are equal and parallel to each other

and in square also, opposite sides are equal and parallel to each other.
