According to Hinduism, someone can be reborn into a higher caste if they do good things in the present.
Hindus believe if they do good things, they will reborn in this society as a higher caste men/women.
If they do bad deeds, then they will take birth as a dog or lower caste men/women.
This was already written in the Vedanta literature, so Hindus are believing this concept till now.
