Antibiotics fight bacterial infections either by killing bacteria or slowing and suspending its growth. They do this by: attacking the wall or coating surrounding bacteria. interfering with bacteria reproduction.

Answer: When antibiotic is inserted into a body , the antibiotic acts on the bacteria present in our body and break down bacteria's cell wall and also it won't allow the cell wall to grow again further. Antibiotics is taken for only bacterial infection. Antibiotics won't affect human body as human cells don't have a cell wall .
