Hey mate....
The example is amoeba .
Amoeba takes the food by the help of pseudopodia .Pseudopodia are the finger like prsesent on the surface of amoeba.
When amoeba sees any food particle around it the amoeba elongates its pseudopodia and engulps the particle .
Thus like when the amoeba wants to excreate its waste products the cell membrane breaks and the waste is released.
After engulping the food a vacoule forms around the amoeba and then the food is digested.After then the food vacoule attaches to the vacoule and then the essential nutrients is taken and then the vacoule moves towards the cell membrane and then the excreation takes place.
