15+9+4=28 is the right ans
but where did 4 come from???

In first case ,3*3=9
In second case,3*5=15
Where,2 is added to 3
In third case,3*7=28
Where,2 is added again to 5
In second case,3*5=15
Where,2 is added to 3
In third case,3*7=28
Where,2 is added again to 5
3*7 is 21
how it become 28??
