Destructive form of stress :
Harmful stress are commonly referred as distress . It affects our both body and mind in a harmful way unlike beneficial form of stress .
Stress symptoms :
Mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and personality disorder .
Stress can cause heart disease , high blood pressure heart attacks and stroke .
