Earlier rule in India was very peaceful. In those days kings and kingdom was demonstrated with full off wealth & prosperity.
Colonial rule came into India by overlooking the progress of India. British does not want our Indians to be develop they want to hold the country and enhance the Benefits from India.

By Colonial rule they conveyed the Divide and rule policy But Indians showed the unity is spirit of winning !
