Explanation for how data is transferred across various computers connected to Internet:
- The data is transferred across various computers over the Internet by following the Layered Network architecture.
- To send data from one network to the other which was connected we need the IP address of the Destination Address and Port number. Once we received the IP address.
- A packet is created having the Source IP Address, Port number of Source and Destination, and Destination IP address.
- The packet travels from many of the networks, computers, and communications channels before they reach their final destinations.
- Then the Packet is sent to other devices passing through physical devices like Switches and router.
- Finally, the data reaches to the other network.
