Explain how deforestation led to drought and floods

FLOODS=the loss of ground cover due to deforestation resulted in flash flood during heavy rain,leading to soil erosion.

DROUGHT=the soil loosen up the binding due to cutting of trees.so root cannot observe the water and people use the water so it leads to drought.
