Explanation:
Diffusion is an important process through which exchange of gases takes place in a cell. This process is mainly directed by the difference in pressure of concentration. Hence the gases move from a highly concentrated region to a region of low concentration. Diffusion in plant cells mainly takes place during the process of photosynthesis where carbon dioxide diffuses into plant cells via the stomata on the leaf.
