Carbon has no lone pairs in CO2 hence CO2 has a linear structure and zero dipole moment
whereas ,InH20 Oxygen has 2 lone pairs on it so H20 has an bent structure and has a non zero dipole moment
whereas ,InH20 Oxygen has 2 lone pairs on it so H20 has an bent structure and has a non zero dipole moment
