this hormone gives 3F's actions fight, flight and fly. It is secreted by our endocrine glands located above the kidneys so they are also called the caps of kidneys . They are also called adrenal gland. This hormone mainly secrete in adolescent age. It encourages them to be active in emergency situations and promotes them to fight, run , or save himself / herself

Adrenaline hormone releases when a person  got anger  so that it controls the anger and the person comes in to normal position it is produced by adrenal gland so it’s also known as flight and fight hormone so it’s so help ful to humans
