Explain how economic activity is an ordinary business of life.

All economic activities initially begin from a basic necessity, the need of an earning to meet all the wants or requirements of the person involved in the activity and his immediate family. Therefore, an economic activity is an ordinary business of life.
It is only when a person's aspiration level goes up or his entrepreneurial spirit takes over, does a person strive harder and put in extra effort. But, then too, it remains a normal business of life, just that the level of activity takes him to a higher plane.
