according to water cycle the from the sea must be evaporated to form clouds and if the clouds becomes heavy it comes down as rain. The water from the sea is changed into vapour by the process of evaporation . then the vapour condenses to form clouds by the process of condensation .then it comes down as rain by precipitation. this shaows that all these three are nesassary
